MJHS has a fully functioning Health Office to serve the needs of our school.  The Health Office is managed by Nurse Kim Talty, our full time Registered Nurse.  

The Health Office provides the following services:

• First Aid to all students and staff who fall ill or become injured during the school day

• Medication Management for those who need to take medication during the school day

• Medical Plan management - Medical 504 Plans and other Health related plans (asthma, allergy, diabetes, etc.)

• Health Records including: Physicals, Immunization Records, Vision Exams, Dental Exams

• Vision and Hearing Screenings

• Consultations regarding health concerns

Our school nurse is part of the district's health team that includes administrators and nurses. This team works with local health agencies to make health related decisions for the school and the district.
